We've had a Couple of Issues...

Regular customers may have noticed a few little mistakes and/or slightly slower/less efficient service recently. I thought I should post an explanation now that things are (hopefully) all back to normal.

Back on 25th of July, I had a fairly serious accident (thrown from a horse), resulting in a broken right hand, a shattered left wrist and head injuries. I got back to work as soon as possible, but of course I've got a bit behind in everything I need to do.

Poor Kym (my body-piercer), had to run the shop as well as keeping up with internet orders (along with doing her own job of running the body-piercing and tattooing side of the business). She did an excellent job, but there are only so many hours in a day. Friends also helped when they could, but unless you know how everything works, it's not so easy!

To add to the problems, our site hosts were moving to a new server and experienced several technical issues, some of which I wasn't always here to pick up on.

We'd like to thank those who have understood our difficulties, and assure you that we'll always give the best service possible.

Just a huge thank you for the donation for the Toy Run I attended on Sunday 13/12/09 in relation to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal organised by Bikers Australia.

There were in accessof 250 bike on the ride and it was an enjoyable day.

A huge pile of goodies were collected and well received by the Salvo's at the conclusion of the ride. Bikers Australia collected around $560 from the bike display at Bunnings Bonnyrigg on 28 November 2009, and also raised a in excess of $2,500 selling raffle tickets on the day of the Toy Run, all of which was donated to the Salvo's as well.

Again, a huge thank you, and may your Christmas be a happy and joyous one this year.
